Paid customers of DNS Explorer may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase or subscription renewal. DNSai LLC does not guarantee refunds and at the purchase page, it is disclosed that DNSai LLC has a no refund policy for DNS Explorer subscriptions. If a refund is considered, refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of DNSai LLC.

DNS Explorer Installation Troubleshooting

Description: This code indicates that the installation has completed successfully.

Troubleshooting: No action needed. Installation Cancelled by User (Return Code: 1602)

Description: This code indicates that the installation process was cancelled by the user.

Troubleshooting: If this was not intentional, please restart the installation process and ensure it completes without interruption.

Installation Already in Progress (Return Code: 1618)

Description: This code signifies that another installation is already in progress and must be completed first.

Troubleshooting: Please wait for any ongoing installations to finish before starting a new installation. Restarting your system can also help resolve this issue.

Package Rejected During Installation (Return Code: 1625)

Description: This code is typically used when the installation is prevented by security policies.

Troubleshooting: Ensure that the security policies on your device allow for the installation of this application. You may need to adjust your security settings or consult with your system administrator.

Application Already Exists (Return Code: 1638)

Description: This code means another version of the product is already installed on your system.

Troubleshooting: Check if the application or a different version is already installed. You may need to uninstall the existing version before proceeding with the new installation.

Network Failure (Return Code: 1641)

Description: This code is used to indicate network-related failures during installation.

Troubleshooting: Check your internet connection and make sure it's stable. Restart your router or contact your internet service provider if the problem persists. Once installed, you can use our web-based tools like Domain Profile Report without installation requirements.

Reboot Required (Return Code: 3010)

Description: This code means the installation was successful but a reboot is required to complete the setup.

Disk Space is Full (Return Code: 112)

Description: This code indicates that there is insufficient disk space to complete the installation.

Troubleshooting: Free up disk space by deleting unnecessary files or moving files to another drive, and then try reinstalling the application.
