1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DNSai services or tools (including DNS Explorer), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use DNSai services or tools.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNSai LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data; loss of profits; business interruption; or costs of substitute services, arising out of or related to your use of DNSai. In no event will DNSai LLC’s total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the specific service or tool giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
9. Changes to the Services and Terms
DNSai LLC may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be effective as stated in the updated Terms. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or DNSai shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
